Tad and His Megablocks

Tad has always played with his Megablocks, but it wasn't until February that he began to really sit down and try to build things. He still gets frustrated with them from time to time, but he seems to be taking the time to figure things out more than just throw them around.

My Valentines

Featuring the Lovasaurus on Valentine's Day!
Liam and Daddy were my Valentine's too!

Tad Loves Fish

Tad loves looking at fish at the McWane Center. I wish he liked to eat fish too, but Tad's eating issues is a whole other topic. That day we went to the McWane Center with the church's MOMS group and had a fun time as usual.

Tad Rocking and Liam Standing

Our friends The Tabors had the band over one night to practice. I brought the kids along for dinner at their house before practice. Tad loved all the musical instruments. He was a little nervous at first when the band started to play, but then started dancing with the music.
Liam had fun exploring the basement. He started pulling up on things around 9 months. That is Jase leaping over the couch.

Kitchen Cabinet

We decided the make one kitchen cabinet "the kids cabinet." We started the cabinet when Tad began crawling around, and now Liam is enjoying the cabinet too. Well, currently our kitchen is gutted, so I guess we will have to figure out a new cabinet for the boys to play in. It definitely kept them entertained for awhile when I was cooking.

The Zoo Crew

It is hard to believe how many babies there are between our friends. It is nice that we all have children that are close in age. Here is a shot of "the zoo crew." We were at the Birmingham Zoo with my high school friends Brooke, Michelle and Sarah.

2 Boys in a Pink Tub

Well, I have lots to catch up on, so here goes a series of new posts. Liam and Tad are now taking their baths together, which makes it easier on us. I think they have more fun too. Here's a pic of them getting ready for the tub. Yes, I blurred out their rears since this is posted on the net. That is a sign of the times, or maybe I am just too much of a nervous nelly.Yes, we have a pink tub. Our house was built in the 60's, so I am sure it was high class at the time. Sorry boys, you'll just have to make due with the pink tub. Tad has actually learned most of his letters from the foam letters in the bathtub.

Of course here is the cute classic baby with a towel on their head.
